Gepetto uses wood that is sourced from ethical and sustainable forests. In order to minimise waste, we use our off-cuts to make hand-crafted products for the home – see our Shop. We also upcycle re-purposed timber.

Inspired by the beautiful book ‘The Man who Planted Trees’ by Jean Giono, for each residential joinery project, Gepetto either gifts a tree for the homeowners to plant or commits to planting a tree on behalf of client (in partnership).

Our social responsibility programme ‘Love Gepetto’ aims to support early childhood education in local disadvantaged communities. We have created a bag of wood building blocks and animal toys; and through gifting these to children’s education or care facilities we hope that to assist opportunities for youth to learn, develop fine motor skills, foster social engagement and play.
